Join Helen Porter for a deep dive into the foundations of belly dance.
You will learn moves each week that will build on each other. By the end of 6 weeks you will have a better understanding of your body and this dance form. Gain confidence and knowledge in your flow and find new understanding of this ancient art form.
Great for beginners leaarning or those returning to the practice revisiting foundations.
This series runs for 6 weeks Starting May 9.
